These terms govern the use of EmissionControl’s industrial filtration and gas treatment systems, including high-density bag filters, wet scrubbers, and mechanical cyclone separators. By accessing our services, you agree to the conditions below.
EmissionControl provides design, supply, installation, and commissioning of emission control equipment for metallurgical smelting plants. Our systems are intended for fine particulate capture, flue gas treatment, and mass balancing. Any use outside these stated applications is not covered under this agreement.
You must provide accurate site data including exhaust gas volume, temperature, particulate composition, and flue gas chemistry. You are responsible for preparing the installation area per our specifications and for obtaining all necessary environmental permits. Failure to supply correct data may void performance guarantees.
EmissionControl’s liability is limited to the value of the equipment supplied. We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or penalties arising from system downtime, unless caused by gross negligence. Our performance guarantees apply only when the system is operated within the agreed parameters and maintained per our schedule.
All designs, drawings, software, and technical documentation provided remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, or share these materials without written consent. This clause survives termination of the agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days. We may suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 30 days. Upon termination, you must return all proprietary materials and pay for work completed up to that date.
